"Energy arbitration at the time of climate change"

15 August 2020 (10:00h) - Organized by the SCAI Swiss Chamber's Arbitration Institution, in collaboration with the Baltic Arbitration Day, and hosted by the Riga Graduate School of Law - Riga, Latvia.

Why, when and how should you use the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT) and the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration (Swiss Rules) in energy related transactions and disputes?

Come and celebrate with us the Swiss Rules, newly translated in Latvian and Lithuanian in view of their use for the Vis Moot Court 2021 in Vienna and Hong Kong.

The event is organized in collaboration with, and will be immediately followed by, the Baltic Arbitration Day so that travellers can optimize their time and travels.

SCAI reserves the right to make minor alterations to the program or to the identity of the speakers at any time. The pictures and/or footage taken by SCAI during the event may be used at a later date in printed and/or online materials for SCAI’s reporting or marketing purposes. Unless otherwise advised in writing, the email addresses of participants will be added to SCAI’s contact list and newsletter distribution list.
