The ASA Reference Series is Now Available in Japanese

06.09.2017 - The ASA Reference Series are short factsheets about key aspects of arbitration in Switzerland that contribute to making it an ideal arbitration destination. The series is availabe in English, French, Chinese, Russian, Portuguese and now Japanese.

To coincide with the launch of the event co-organised by ASA in Tokyo tomorrow: ‘Swiss Arbitration for Japanese Corporations’ - discussing the advantages of choosing Switzerland as the seat for arbitration and the Swiss rules, ASA is launching the Japanese version of the Reference Series, which is now availabe on the ASA website free of charge.

 

ASA would like to take this opportunity to thank Daisuke Ikukawa of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu for his time and skill in translating the thirteen documents in the Reference Series.
