Special Series

To promote international and domestic arbitration of all types in Switzerland and abroad ASA publishes various valuable brochures about specific issues of interest. The ASA Special Series can be ordered from the ASA secretariat for CHF 20.-- each, the publication no 32 "Glossary", no. 31 "Do's and Don'ts" and the Profiles of ASA Members 2009 are available free of charge.

You can order the ASA special series as well as ASA bulletins directly online by filling out the mail form. However, if you don't feel comfortable with sending personal data through e-mail forms you can download our PDF-form and either fax or email it to us.
Adobe Reader - the program necessary to open and edit the form - is available free of charge for all common platforms.

Special Series ex. no. 30 “Performance as a Remedy: Non-Monetary Relief in International Arbitration” was published in May 2011 and distributed at no cost to the members of ASA. Additional orders can be placed with Juris.
