Special Series
To promote international and domestic arbitration of all types in Switzerland and abroad ASA publishes various valuable brochures about specific issues of interest. The ASA Special Series can be ordered from the ASA secretariat for CHF 20.-- each, the publication no 32 "Glossary", no. 31 "Do's and Don'ts" and the Profiles of ASA Members 2009 are available free of charge.
You can order the ASA special series as well as ASA bulletins directly online by filling out the mail form. However, if you don't feel comfortable with sending personal data through e-mail forms you can download our PDF-form and either fax or email it to us. Adobe Reader - the program necessary to open and edit the form - is available free of charge for all common platforms.
* Registered ASA members can download the latest ASA Publications in digital form on our Download page. If you are an ASA member and you have registered for the ASA Webprofile Sevice, you may use the same login informations as for the "Edit Profile" website. If you are an ASA member and you do not have any login informations, please contact the ASA Secretary () to get your username and password.
Special Series ex. no. 30 “Performance as a Remedy: Non-Monetary Relief in International Arbitration” was published in May 2011 and distributed at no cost to the members of ASA. Additional orders can be placed with Juris.
