Following the successful conferences in Berlin (2014) and Helsinki (2016), the Co-Chairs’ Circle calls young arbitration practitioners from around the world to participate in the Third Global Conference of the Co-Chairs’ Circle in Rome on 18-19 May 2018. After an interactive conference that will be held at Roma Tre University, the participants will have several networking opportunities on Friday evening and Saturday.
Please see the programme and registration form below.
Registration for our Spring Seminar is now open which is dedicated this year to construction arbitration.
The seminar will be both an introduction into the topic for those without the expertise as well as an opportunity to discuss more complex issues for those with expertise in this field. The panel will consist of counsels and experts in the field.
Finally, we remind you that Alexandre Mazuranic will step down as co-chair at our Spring Seminar. We invite anyone from the French speaking part of Switzerland interested in becoming the next co-chair of ASA below 40 to submit a letter of interest to the current co-chairs by this Sunday 15 April 2018 at the latest.
Candidates will be evaluated by the current co-chairs against the following criteria: (i) integration among the ASA below 40 community, (ii) visibility within and outside of Switzerland, and (iii) personal qualification for and interest in the role. The ASA Executive Committee will be invited to share its views. The final choice rests with the actual co-chairs and we will announce the new co-chair on 8 June 2018.
ASA below 40 will co-organise this event with ArbIt, DIS40 and YAAP.
We will keep you posted with more details and the programme as soon as it becomes available.
