Le cemaj organise régulèrement des colloques et des évenements de formation continue, liés à la gestion et la résolution de conflits, y compris l'arbitrage international.
La Faculté de droit offre plusieurs orientations du master en droit auxquelles collabore le cemaj, en particulier l'orientation "avocature (professions judiciaires)" (unique en Suisse dans cette structure) et l'orientation "droit public". Y sont dispensés entre autres des cours de procédure, d'arbitrage international, de médiation, de négociation et de droit des professions judiciaires.
FIAA currently offers International Arbitration Advocacy Workshops for arbitration practitioners twice a year in different locations around the world. These workshops feature learning-by-doing programs led by experienced advocacy instructors and international arbitration practitioners.
FIAA also runs an annual International Arbitration Advocacy Workshop for university students enrolled in the Geneva Master in International Dispute Settlement Program jointly offered by the University of Geneva Law School and Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (see below). The Universities of Lucerne and Neuchâtel and the Swiss Arbitration Academy jointly offer a post-graduate course in arbitration. The CAS program is a unique combination of an academic hands-on education and practical training with renowned international practitioners. For professionals with limited time at their disposal who wish to acquire an in-depth understanding of the arbitration process, the SAA offers the Arbitration Practitioners Course (ArbP). The ArbP Course, taught by renowned arbitration practitioners, provides participants with an interactive, practical training during three 5-day modules.
