ASA Prize for Advocacy in International Commercial Arbitration

The Swiss Arbitration Association has created a prize, the ASA Prize for Advocacy in International Commercial Arbitration, to be awarded for the first time in 2010. The Prize seeks to recognise counsel who, through their exeptional talents in advocacy, contribute most effectively to the promotion of effective resolution of international commercial disputes through arbitration.
